Cancellation Policy

A $50 refundable damage deposit is required to reserve the Downtown Plaza and/or Campbell Family Foundation Stage. ● The deposit will be refunded following post-event inspection, provided no damage, excessive cleanup, or policy violations are identified. ● At the User’s written request, the deposit may be converted into a tax-deductible donation to Tipton Main Street Association’s Rosebud Fund, which supports Downtown Plaza improvements, maintenance, and programming.
